In 2006, I earned a B.S. degree in Graphic Design from Mount Ida College in Newton, MA. For the past nine years, I have worked as the lead designer at an advertising agency with clients nation wide. My primary responsibilities were developing concepts and executing branding, print collateral, web graphics, and broadcast packages.
These campaigns, featuring elite spokespersons William Shatner, Harry Hamlin, and Judge Joe Brown, position clients as the most recognized law firm in their market. Designs my team developed led to many new clients, and longer client retention for the agency. Clients benefited from increased response rates and higher quality cases as a result of our compelling and thoughtful broadcast campaigns.
In addition to agency work, I have been sought out by many entrepreneurs for freelance work. Businesses have hired me to create brand identities, event fliers and invitations, product packaging, and print advertisements. Freelancing requires management of everything from sales to research to budgeting and billing. Being responsible for all aspects has given me a deeper understanding of the industry as a whole.
